What shipping options does Gee Huat offer?
We offer 2 shipping options: Standard and Express Shipping.
|Standard||This service is valid for local area. 1 to 3 days for Johor area.||Based on your location and package weight.|
|Express||Available for Monday to Saturday. 1 day for Johor area.
Order before 1pm delivery on same day/ All orders after 1pm will be delivered on next working day.

Why do I see different delivery options and fees for the same item?
Some courier may offer multiple delivery options for the items. You will be able to select your preferred method of delivery at the time of checkout.
What are the shipping fees/rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. It’s also based on your selected shipping option. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for some specific items.
Note: Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout that available on the main when you select the item before adding into your Cart, as well you are able to see on your before on “Proceed to pay” page.
How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
While shopping, you can see the shipping fee at the product page if applicable.
I received an incomplete order, what should I do?
Please notify us immediately so we can assist you promptly. If the missing item from your order is a part of a product, please return the item back to us in its original packaging, with full accessories and invoice.
Within how long should I inform Gee Huat about my damage/defective/incorrect item?
For faster process, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving a damage/defective/incorrect item. Your item will still be entitled for our 14-day return policy. Please notify us at email@example.com. We will assist you right away.
When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- Standard: 1 to 3 working days.
- Express: 1 working day based on completed order before 1pm.
I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?
If you ordered multiple items in one order then you will receive your order in separate parcels. Each order invoice will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the order invoices from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item’s name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only
Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to your preference.
